Serves 1

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of pork
• 200 grams of mushrooms
• A cup of single cream
• Handful of parsley
• Garlic

Method

• Bash the pork with a large rolling pin so that the meat is slightly thin. Put to one side.
• In a large dish fry in butter and a splash of oil some chopped mushrooms together
with one clove of crushed garlic.
• When nearly soft please put to one side and now on a high heat add the pork. Fry
until pork is brown. Throw in the mushrooms and a splash of cream. I also add fresh
ground pepper and parsley.
