ok phew lucky my answer could of been after eights but I just had some round potato thingys from lidel .

well it would of been fish fingers and teeny tiny round potatoes and broccoli BUT when dishing up beth and me saw a bug cooked and clung to the broc so threw it all out managed to put it out of my mind then beth as I was putting food in my mouth said good job we found the bug etc etc and I could not eat it. never found bug in my veg before last time I get it from lidel back to sainsburys for me. so the last thing ive eaten three hours later is cheese spread on toast. not quite what I had in mind Sad

Try Aldi, we've been shopping there, they have some good deals on veg, this week or next a kg of carrots is 59p

I love Krispy Kreme, the glazed kreme filled are my fave but they don't do them here. I was in heaven in Florida where they do

I love the filled ones. I like them slightly warmed up in the microwave and they also freeze well

Never tried freezing them, i like warming up the glazed rings for a few seconds

Tonight was chicken pasta in cheese, spinach and broccoli sauce. Sophie must have enjoyed it because she ate 3/4 of a cereal bowl full and kept saying "mmmm, nice", Dom refused to eat it and made himself a sandwich

I was getting ripped of as was buying about 6 individual ones but for about same price you get full box so once I realised you could freeze them I started investing although not good for the diet knowing theres multiple donuts in the kitchen.

Tonight went to an indian buffet followed by malteasers. My first day at the 5:2 didnt go to plan

Fast day for me so only had a 285 calorie ready meal, melon &grape pack and weight watchers yoghurt, starving.

P C why don't you do a weight loss diary thing, it might help you keep track of your weight/eating habits and inspire other people to lose weight too
