What is the last thing you ate?

Thats a good idea if only I could get back into that way of life. I was doing fantastic then I stalled and struggled ever since. I stopped the slimming world diet in April and been up/down/binging/extreme dieting ever since and now its every Monday im restarting the diet. Now im away from slimming world im finding it hard to even remember what I actually ate and made. I was so organised now im back to grabbing something quick when im out and takeaways instead of having something prepared at weekends. So now im thinking 5 slimming world days and 2 fast days. Even though I stalled I wasnt gaining wheras my own diets I have gained about 8lbs this summer.

Maybe we should start a diet page? If we all get some inspiration and into the zone we can start posting recipies etc. Im ashamed to say I cant remember the last time I actually made a recipie but really want to get my act together

That sounds lovely. I usually have it with sweet chilli sauce or cajun/curry etc powders.
